01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by HomeAds Real Estate Digital Solutions ("HomeAds", "we", "our", or "us"), including web design, CRM development, and lead generation, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These terms govern your use of our digital platforms and infrastructure. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

02. Scope of Services

HomeAds specializes in delivering premium digital solutions for the real estate sector. Our core services include:

• Web Development: Custom real estate websites, off-plan landing pages, and interactive portals.
• Lead Generation: High-intent property investor acquisition through targeted digital marketing.
• CRM Solutions: Implementation and integration of property management and sales CRMs.
• Brand Engineering: Digital branding and corporate identity for real estate brokers and developers.

03. Client Responsibilities

As a client of HomeAds, you agree to provide timely access to necessary assets, approvals, and feedback required for project execution.

• Clients must ensure that all property listings, images, and content provided comply with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and Trakheesi regulations.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any CRM or admin access credentials provided by our team.

04. Intellectual Property

All custom code, design frameworks, and proprietary marketing methodologies developed by HomeAds remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon project completion and final settlement, the client is granted a perpetual license to use the deliverables for their intended business purpose.

05. Payment & Billing

Our payment terms are structured to ensure seamless project delivery:

• Projects typically require a 50% upfront deposit before commencement, with the remaining balance due upon completion and handover.
• Monthly retainer services (such as lead generation or SEO) are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• All payments are non-refundable once the specific phase of work has been completed and approved.

06. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver exceptional digital infrastructure and lead flow, HomeAds cannot guarantee specific sales conversions or real estate transactions, as market conditions vary.

We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or platforms.

07. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
